The URL Is the Source of Truth

Moving state to the URL made my apps simpler and more shareable.
Every filter, tab, or page became a URL param. No hidden state, no lost context on refresh. Copy the link and you copy the exact view.
It’s boring engineering that pays off: back-button works, sharing works, debugging is just reading the address bar. State belongs in the URL until proven otherwise.
